What hardware do I need to get started with Trackia?

Trackia works with certified Teltonika devices, the leading European telematics provider. For the fleet we use two plug-and-play OBD trackers: the FMM003 (LTE Cat M1 with 2G fallback, ideal for light fleets and insurance telematics) and the FMC003 (LTE Cat 1 with more bandwidth, for fleets that generate more events per minute). Both plug into the vehicle's OBD port in a few minutes and read real OEM data (fuel, odometer). We also offer the Eye Beacon (BTSID1) and Eye Sensor (BTSMP1) Bluetooth accessories to identify drivers, tools or loads, and to monitor temperature, humidity, movement and opening in trailers and warehouses. In the demo we recommend the exact combination for your case and give you a fixed quote that includes hardware, installation and the first year of software.

How much does Trackia cost?

We don't publish a fixed rate because the price depends on three variables: fleet size, Teltonika hardware model and the level of integrations you need (ERP, TMS, accounting). Mid-sized fleets pay between €12 and €28 per vehicle per month, all-inclusive. In the 30-minute demo we give you a fixed quote with everything itemized: hardware as a one-off payment, the monthly subscription and installation service if you need it. No fine print.

How long does installation take for my fleet?

As soon as the device arrives, you plug it into the vehicle's OBD port and you're done: it shows up automatically in the Trackia dashboard and starts sending data within minutes. There's no wiring to the engine and no mandatory professional installation — the FMM003 and FMC003 trackers are plug and play. The Eye Beacon and Eye Sensor accessories stick on, screw on or hang depending on the use, and pair with the vehicle from the dashboard.

Does it work with my ERP, TMS or accounting system?

Yes. Trackia exposes a documented REST API that integrates with the leading ERPs on the market (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo), specialized transport TMSs and accounting systems. We have native integrations with several providers and do custom work when needed. In the demo you tell us which systems you use and we tell you whether the integration already exists, whether it's standard or whether it needs custom development. Standard integrations are usually up and running in 1-2 weeks.

Is there a minimum contract term?

We don't impose long lock-in periods. We work with a monthly fee and no mandatory annual commitment, just like any modern SaaS. If at any point you decide Trackia isn't for you, you cancel with 30 days' notice and we take back the devices if you bought them from us.
