CSV stop import

CSV stop import, multi-stop optimization with live traffic, optional round trips and multi-vehicle planning. What Excel + Google Maps can’t give you.
Every morning, in a delivery fleet with no planner, the person in charge loses 30 to 60 minutes ordering stops by hand on a map. Multiply that by 20 days a month and that’s 20 hours down the drain. Trackia takes your CSV, calculates the optimal route and sends it to the driver’s phone before the van even starts.

The engine works out the optimal visit order in seconds: total distance, estimated time and sequence. It accounts for traffic, one-way streets and banned turns — something Google Maps doesn’t do once you go past 10 stops.
Tick “return to start” and the algorithm closes the route optimally. Essential for deliveries out of a warehouse and back, container collection or field service teams that end the day at base.
If you have 50 stops and 4 vans, Trackia splits the load evenly: each vehicle gets its optimal batch, with a similar total time and no absurd geographic overlaps.
Heavy mid-morning traffic, a delivery that falls through, an urgent job coming in: the route is recalculated on the fly and updated in the driver’s app without anyone having to call.
The optimized route goes to the driver’s phone in one tap, or as a PDF/CSV to print or attach to the service report. Works with external navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze) if the driver prefers.
What people ask us most about this topic.
The simplest one: one column per address. If you want to add more information (customer, weight, time window, notes), just add extra columns — Trackia detects them and shows them to the driver in the app. There’s a downloadable template in the import section.
Yes. Each stop can have a time window (delivery between 9:00 and 11:00, mandatory pickup before 14:00…) and the optimizer respects those constraints when calculating the route. If the windows can’t be met, it warns you before sending the route to the driver.
Yes, for heavy vehicles. Each vehicle’s profile records weight, height, gross vehicle weight rating and traffic restrictions (low-emission zones, etc.), and the optimizer avoids unsuitable routes. For light vans these restrictions are optional.
Yes, via REST API. Your TMS sends the day’s stops through the API, Trackia optimizes them and returns the calculated route instantly. Webhooks too: when a stop is completed, your system gets it in real time. More details at /en/product/integrations/.
