Reporting

The summary lands in your inbox on its own. You read, decide, act.

Inventory by zone, daily and weekly movements, average time per stop. PDF and CSV, automatic delivery with configurable frequency and time.

The uncomfortable truth about fleet software: the operations manager doesn’t log into the dashboard. They have twenty more urgent things every morning, and the dashboard is left to the analysts. Trackia starts from that and sends the summary to their inbox — configurable frequency, time and recipient — so the decision reaches the place where it’s made, not where the button is.

What an operations manager needs on Monday morning

Without opening the app. Without asking anyone to put the summary together.

Report by zone

How many assets are in each geofence during the period: ports, warehouses, job sites, customer zones. An instant inventory of your geographically spread fleet, without counting by hand on the map.

Daily and weekly movements

By fleet, vehicle or driver. Mileage covered, time on the road, stops made and relevant events. The operational snapshot the boss wants to see on Monday morning without opening the dashboard.

Average time per stop and total idle time

How long each asset has been in each zone, how long it’s been stopped and where. Key for optimizing container turnover, spotting vans with dead time and discussing SLAs with customers.

Automatic email delivery

You set the frequency (daily, weekly or monthly), the time and the recipient list. The report just shows up. Multiple recipients can get the same report; each one can have their preferred frequency.

Manual PDF or CSV download

When a customer files a complaint or an audit asks for data from a specific period, you download the report for the exact range as a PDF to read or a CSV to process. No waiting for the scheduled delivery.

Delivery log

A full log of which reports went out, when and to whom. Useful for internal audits, certifications (ISO 9001, ENS) and proving the information arrived when it was supposed to.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most about this topic.

Can I add my logo and company details to the PDF?

Yes. In the Company section, under Settings, you upload your logo and fill in your legal name and tax details. Those elements appear in the PDF header, so the reports are visually ready to hand over to customers or attach to sales proposals.

Can the CSV be uploaded automatically to Google Drive, OneDrive or S3?

Yes, via a webhook when the report is attached. You set up an integration with your corporate storage (Drive, OneDrive, S3, FTP) and every report generated is uploaded automatically to the folder you choose, as well as being emailed. Useful for data lakes and automated processes.

Are custom reports available if ours don’t fit?

Yes, depending on the customer’s volume. The standard reports cover 90% of cases; for specific needs (your own KPIs, corporate formatting, dashboard integrations) we work with the customer in a short iteration. It’s decided in the demo.

Does it integrate with Power BI, Looker or other BI tools?

Yes, via scheduled CSV or via API. The most common option is a daily CSV that your Power BI or Looker picks up from a shared drive. For customers with more demanding needs we offer a dedicated API endpoint with all telemetry and event data. More at /en/product/integrations/.
