Continuous telemetry
Engine, battery, temperature and fuel data 24/7. With CAN-bus, every OBD/J1939 code.
Trackia’s AI analyzes each vehicle’s telemetry and flags potential failures days or weeks in advance. Fewer major breakdowns, less unplanned downtime.
Predictive maintenance isn’t magic: it’s statistics applied to your vehicles’ data. Once we understand how a specific fleet behaves, we can detect the deviations that come before real breakdowns and warn you in time.

Engine, battery, temperature and fuel data 24/7. With CAN-bus, every OBD/J1939 code.
Fault codes (P0420, P0171, etc.) read straight from the vehicle’s ECU, with severity, first and last detection, number of occurrences and GPS location of the event. Active vs. resolved list for your workshop.
Warnings days or weeks before the failure, based on patterns learned by the AI.
Grouped service suggestions to minimize operational downtime.
Every repair is linked to the vehicle: invoices, mileage, workshop.
The FMM003 and FMC003 trackers read the vehicle’s OEM PIDs (actual fuel, actual odometer, error codes) without installing any wiring in the engine.
Monthly cost report per vehicle. You spot the problem units before your mechanic does.
What people ask us most about this topic.
The ones with a prior pattern: battery degradation, injection problems, oil pressure anomalies, transmission vibrations, progressive overheating. Completely random failures (a flat tire, an impact) can’t be predicted, by definition.
No. The FMM003 and FMC003 trackers we install in the OBD port already read the vehicle’s OEM PIDs (actual fuel, odometer, ECU error codes). With that we predict failures related to the battery, injection, oil pressure, temperature and driver behavior. For heavy fleets with tachographs or specific deep CAN-bus needs, we assess an upgrade from the Teltonika catalog; we decide together in the demo.
By email, mobile app push notification and, optionally, Slack or Microsoft Teams via webhook. Each user sets up their channels and the minimum severity they want to receive.
You see both. The per-vehicle DTC dashboard shows the exact code the ECU spits out (P0420, P0171, P0301, etc.) with a description, severity, when it first appeared, how many times it has repeated and where the vehicle was when it was triggered. Your mechanic doesn’t need to plug in a handheld OBD scanner: it’s already on screen. On top of that sits the AI layer, which correlates codes with historical telemetry to anticipate the actual breakdown.
