Every fleet is different
Costs aren’t the same for 10 vans as for 200 trucks with CAN bus. Publishing a fixed price list would force us to round up.
Hardware matters
Equipping your fleet with the FMM003 (LTE Cat M1, ideal for light fleets) is not the same as with the FMC003 (LTE Cat 1, more events per minute). And if you also add Eye accessories (Beacon and Sensor) for identification or Bluetooth sensing, the cost per vehicle changes.
Integrations change the scope
If you need to connect Trackia to your ERP, TMS or accounting system, we’re talking about implementation hours that don’t fit in a public price list.

To give you a starting point: average fleets typically pay between €12 and €28 per vehicle per month, all-inclusive. The exact range depends on the hardware you choose (FMM003 or FMC003, with or without Eye accessories), volume and integrations.
For asset and container tracking with Eye Beacon tags or Eye Sensor temperature and humidity sensors, the indicative range is €6 per asset per month, all-inclusive (tag or sensor + subscription + support). The price drops with volume: from 100 assets the discounts are significant, and from 500 we move straight to project pricing.

What is the minimum cost to get started with Trackia?
For small fleets (5-10 vehicles), the typical monthly cost including amortized hardware and subscription is around €20-25 per vehicle. For large fleets the price per vehicle drops significantly. In the demo we give you the exact figure.
Do you charge separately for installation?
The FMM003 and FMC003 trackers are plug & play OBD: plug one in, wait for the green LED and you’re done. For medium and large fleets we offer installation by our team (price per vehicle depending on volume and travel). The Eye Beacon and Eye Sensor accessories are stuck or screwed on depending on the use case; the setup guide is included.
Is there a charge for going over a user or vehicle limit?
There’s no per-user charge — add as many as you need. Pricing is per active vehicle, with volume discounts from the usual tiers (50, 100, 200, 500 vehicles).
How are containers and assets billed? Is it the same price as a vehicle?
No. An asset (container, trailer, pallet, towable equipment) is billed separately from the vehicle that moves it, at an indicative cost of €6 per asset per month (Eye tag or sensor + subscription + support). The price drops with volume. If your case combines vehicles and assets (the most common setup), we give you a single combined quote in the demo.
