Cookie policy for https://trackia.es/ — last updated: May 29, 2026.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file of information that a website downloads to your browser when you visit it. It allows information about the visit to be remembered (for example, that you have already accepted this policy, which pages you have viewed, or aggregated usage information). In this policy, we treat as “cookies” both classic HTTP cookies and other equivalent technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels, basic fingerprinting).

2. Data controller

The party responsible for the use of cookies on this site is CEDESA DIGITAL, S.L. (NIF B06684369), owner of the trackia.es site. More information is available in the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy.

3. Types of cookies we use

By ownership:

  • First-party cookies: managed directly by the Controller (for example, the preference you save in the cookie banner).
  • Third-party cookies: managed by external providers (Google, Microsoft) under their own policies, once you give your consent.

By purpose:

  • Technical or strictly necessary: essential for the site to work. They do not require consent.
  • Analytics: measure site usage in aggregate to improve it (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity). They require consent.
  • Advertising or marketing: Trackia currently does not use third-party advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, etc.). If any are added in the future, this policy will be updated and we will ask for your consent again.

4. Active cookies table

The following table lists the cookies that may be placed on your device. Those marked “requires consent” are only activated if you have accepted analytics cookies in the banner.

Cookie Provider Purpose Type Duration
trackia_cookie_consent trackia.es Store your choice in the cookie banner. Technical (always active) Persistent (localStorage)
_ga Google Analytics Distinguish unique users. Analytics (requires consent) 2 years
_ga_PL6HH83HLW Google Analytics 4 Persist session state. Analytics (requires consent) 2 years
_gid Google Analytics Distinguish users. Analytics (requires consent) 24 hours
_gcl_au Google Tag Manager Google Ads conversion (denied by default). Marketing (denied unless consent is given in the future) 3 months
_clck Microsoft Clarity Persist a user identifier for Clarity. Analytics (requires consent) 1 year
_clsk Microsoft Clarity Connect the pages viewed within the same replay session. Analytics (requires consent) 1 day
CLID Microsoft Clarity Identify the Clarity client on the provider’s domain. Analytics (requires consent) 1 year
MUID Microsoft (bing.com) Unique user identifier used by Microsoft services. Analytics (requires consent) 1 year
_GRECAPTCHA Google reCAPTCHA Tell humans from bots to protect the contact form against spam. Technical / security (only when using the form) 6 months

In addition, when you submit a form, the data is processed through Formspree (the form service provider). Formspree does not set persistent cookies on the trackia.es domain; it may, however, log the source IP of the submission for anti-spam purposes. See its policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy .

The contact form is protected with Google reCAPTCHA v2. Google’s script and its _GRECAPTCHA cookie are loaded only when you interact with the form, not while you browse the rest of the Website, and are used solely for anti-spam security. When reCAPTCHA is used, Google’s privacy policy and terms of service apply.

5. Consent Mode v2 and deferred loading

The Website uses the Google Consent Mode v2 model with all parameters set to denied by default. This means that:

  • Until you accept the banner, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity cookies are not set and their scripts are not loaded.
  • If you reject the banner, no analytics cookies are set and no Clarity scripts are loaded. Only a technical preference will remain in your browser to remember your choice.
  • If you accept, the banner triggers the loading of GA4 and Clarity with analytics consent granted. Advertising cookies remain denied in any case.

6. How to change or withdraw your consent

You can change your choice at any time in two ways:

  1. By clicking the “Change my cookie preferences” button below — the banner will reopen so you can choose again.
  2. By clearing your browser’s browsing data for the trackia.es domain. When you come back, the banner will appear again.

If the button does not respond, reload the page or disable script-blocking extensions on the trackia.es domain.

7. Managing cookies in your browser

You can also set your browser to reject all cookies or to alert you when a site tries to set them. Each browser provides a settings panel:

Please note that disabling cookies entirely may affect how certain parts of the Website or other websites work.

8. Changes to this policy

Whenever the Controller adds or replaces a tool that uses cookies, it will update this page and ask for the user’s consent again where appropriate. The “last updated” date reflects the latest effective revision.

9. More information

If you have questions or wish to exercise your rights regarding the processing of your data, write to privacidad@cedesa.es or see the full Privacy Policy.
