Can Trackia be procured through a public tender?
Yes, it’s the usual channel with public administrations. We provide the technical proposal, compliance certificates (GDPR, ENS where applicable), pricing and specification templates based on previous awards, so your procurement department spends less time on preparation.
Where is the data hosted?
On servers within the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest. We never transfer data to third countries. We sign a data processing agreement under the GDPR and provide the ISO certificates of our cloud providers.
Is it compatible with Spain’s National Security Framework (ENS)?
Trackia is aligned with the ENS medium-category controls. For administrations with specific requirements we can provide the necessary documentation, and we work with a partner specializing in certification when formal accreditation is needed.
